Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, sağlık çalışanlarının engelliliğe yönelik duygusal, bilişsel ve davranışsal tutumlarını incelemek ve bu tutumların demografik değişkenlerle ilişkisini değerlendirmektir. Nicel ilişkisel tarama modeliyle yürütülen çalışma, Bursa’daki çeşitli sağlık kurumlarında görev yapan 175 sağlık çalışanı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, Engellilere Yönelik Çok Boyutlu Tutum Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmış; analizlerde t-testi, tek yönlü ANOVA ve Pearson korelasyon yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Sağlık çalışanlarının engelliliğe yönelik tutumlarının genel olarak orta-üst düzeyde ve olumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Duygusal tutum boyutu en yüksek, davranışsal tutum boyutu ise en düşük ortalamaya sahiptir. Kadın çalışanlar erkeklere göre daha olumlu tutumlar sergilemiştir. Yaş, mesleki deneyim ve ailede engelli birey bulunma durumu açısından anlamlı fark saptanmamıştır. Ayrıca, bilişsel ve davranışsal tutumlar arasında pozitif bir ilişki bulunurken, duygusal boyut bu ilişkiye anlamlı katkı sağlamamıştır. Bulgular, sağlık çalışanlarının olumlu duygusal tutumlarının davranışa tam olarak yansımadığını göstermektedir. Bu nedenle, bilişsel farkındalık ve davranışsal yeterlikleri geliştiren eğitim programlarının uygulanması önerilmektedir. Böylece, kapsayıcı ve eşitlikçi sağlık hizmetlerinin güçlendirilmesi desteklenebilir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the emotional, cognitive, and behavioural attitudes of healthcare workers towards disability and to evaluate the relationship between these attitudes and demographic variables. The study, conducted using a quantitative relational screening model, was carried out with 175 healthcare professionals working in various healthcare institutions in Bursa. Data were collected using the Multidimensional Attitudes Towards Persons with Disabilities Scale; t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation methods were applied in the analyses. It has been determined that healthcare workers' attitudes towards disability are generally at a medium-high level and positive. The emotional attitude dimension has the highest average, while the behavioural attitude dimension has the lowest. Female employees exhibited more positive attitudes compared to males. No significant differences were found in terms of age, professional experience, or the presence of disabled individuals in the family. Additionally, while there is a positive relationship between cognitive and behavioural attitudes, the emotional dimension did not make a significant contribution to this relationship. The findings indicate that the positive emotional attitudes of healthcare workers are not fully reflected in their behaviour. Therefore, it is recommended to implement educational programs that enhance cognitive awareness and behavioural competence. Thus, the strengthening of inclusive and equitable healthcare services can be supported.
