Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; eğitim örgütlerinin lideri konumunda yer alan okul yöneticilerinin narsistik kişilik eğilimlerini ortaya çıkaracak bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla alan yazın incelemesinin ardından okul yöneticilerinin narsistik kişilik eğilimlerini ölçmeye yönelik 71 maddelik bir havuz oluşturulmuştur. Takiben madde havuzu uzman kanısı için 2 psikolog, 3 akademisyen (1 ölçme değerlendirme uzmanı, 2 eğitim yönetimi uzmanı), 4 psikolojik danışman, ölçek çalışması bulunan iki öğretim elemanı olmak üzere toplamda 11 uzmana gönderilmiştir. Uzmanlardan istenen her maddenin yapı ile ne derece ilgili (4: çok ilgili, 1 hiç ilgili değil) olduğunu ve olası maddelerin hedef kitle açısından ne derece açık (4: çok açık, 1: hiç açık değil) olduğunu ilgili sayıyı işaretlemek suretiyle değerlendirmeleri istenmiştir. Uzmanlardan ayrıca belirtilen maddeler dışında eklenmesini istedikleri maddeleri de belirtmeleri istenmiştir. Uzmanların yapmış olduğu değerlendirmeler kapsam geçerlik indeksi tekniklerinden biri olan Davis (1992) tekniği ile çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada 11 katılımcının olması sebebi ile KGİ 0,60 ve altında olan maddeler uygun değil; 0,60 üstü olan maddeler ise uygun olarak belirlenmiştir. Buna bağlı olarak 13 madde kapsam geçerlik indekslerinin düşük olması sebebiyle elenmiştir. Elde kalan 58 maddenin 6 tanesi de uzman görüşleri ve önerilerine göre aynı niteliği ölçen benzer maddeler olduğunun belirtilmesi sebebiyle diğer maddeler ile birleştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda toplam 52 maddelik ön deneme formu oluşturulmuştur. Uzman görüşleri ışığında düzenlenen ve 52 maddeden oluşan 5’li likert tipi ölçeğin nihai deneme formu 302 okul yöneticisine uygulanmıştır. Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizinin (AFA) temel sayıltıları sınanmış olup; “büyüklenmecilik”, “onay ve kabul görme ihtiyacı”, “eleştiriye açık olmama”, “kendine aşırı değer verme” ve “abartılı öz önem” isimli 5 faktörlü bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Açıklanan toplam varyansın beş faktörde %57 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çok faktörlü bu yapıda hesaplanmış olan tabakalı Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı .85 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında, geliştirilen ölçeğin okul yöneticilerinde narsistik kişilik eğilimlerini açığa çıkarmak amacıyla kullanılmaya uygun, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this study; The aim is to develop a scale that will reveal the narcissistic personality tendencies of the managers who are the leaders of educational organizations. For this purpose, after the literature review, a pool of 71 items was created to measure the narcissistic personality tendencies of school administrators. Subsequently, the item pool was sent to 11 experts in total, including 2 psychologists, 3 academicians (1 assessment and evaluation specialist, 2 education management specialists), 4 psychological counselors, and two instructors with scale studies for expert opinion. Experts were asked to evaluate the extent to which each requested item was related to the structure (4: very relevant, 1 not at all) and how clear the possible items were in terms of the target audience (4: very clear, 1: not at all) by marking the relevant number. Experts were also asked to indicate the items they would like to be added apart from the specified items. The evaluations made by the experts were studied with the Davis (1992) technique, which is one of the content validity index techniques. Since there were 11 participants in the study, items with a CGI of 0.60 and below are not appropriate; Items above 0.60 were determined as appropriate. Accordingly, 13 items were eliminated due to their low content validity indices. 6 of the remaining 58 items were decided to be combined with other items since it was stated in the expert opinions that they were the same items. As a result of the studies, a total of 52 items were created in the pre-trial form. The final trial form of the 5-point Likert-type scale, which was organized in the light of expert opinions and consisted of 52 items, was applied to 302 school administrators. The basic assumptions of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) have been tested; A five-factor structure was obtained, namely “grandism”, “need for approval and acceptance”, “not being open to criticism”, “overvaluing oneself” and “exaggerated self-importance”. The total variance explained was found to be 57% in five factors. The stratified Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient calculated in this multifactorial structure was found to be .85. The findings showed that this developed scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool suitable for use in order to reveal narcissistic personality tendencies in school administrators.
