Abstract
Bu araştırma okul öncesi dönemdeki çocukların teknoloji kullanımının incelenmesini amaçlamıştır. “Nicel araştırma” biçimlerinden biri olan “anket” modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın örneklemini 400 okul öncesi çocuk ve ebeveynlerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri Kılınç (2015) tarafından geliştirilen ve geçerliliği yapılan “Genel Bilgi Formu” ve “Okul Öncesi Çağındaki Çocukların Teknoloji Kullanımı Hakkında Ebeveyn Görüşleri Ölçeği” ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizinde “Kruskall Wallis H testi”, “Spearman Korelasyon testi” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre; “ailedeki çocuk sayısı”, “teknolojiyi kullanmaya başlama yaşı”, “baba yaşı” ve “ebeveyn öğrenim düzeyi” değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Ebeveynlerin ve çocukların teknolojik cihazları kullanma sıklıklarında benzerlikler olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
This research aimed to examine the technology use of preschool children. The sample of the research, which was conducted using the “survey” model, one of the “quantitative research” styles, consists of 400 preschool children and their parents. The data of the research were acquired with “General Information Form” and “Parental Views Scale on the Technology Use of Preschool Children” developed and validated by Kılınç (2015). In the analysis of the data received from the research, “Kruskall Wallis H test”, “Spearman Correlation test” were used. According to the results obtained from the research data; Significant differences were found according to “the number of children in the family”, “the age of starting to use technology”, “the age of the father” and “the education level of the parents”. It has been found that there are similarities in the frequency with which parents and children use technological devices.
